Big Tires + Race Performance = All-Day Fun

Built to show the versatility of the Tomir platform, this photo sample takes advantage of the frame's generous clearance with lightweight and fast-rolling Teravail Ehline 29x2.5in front and 29x2.3in tires and a 120mm RockShox SID with the trail-oriented Select damper.  It's still quite light (23.8lb with sealant) and efficient, but adds a healthy dose of playfulness to what could otherwise be mistaken as a purely race-oriented hardtail.

Shimano's fantastic M8100 XT 1x12 group handles the power while the matching four-piston brakes make the most of that massive contact patch.  Cutting no corners, a carbon bar and seatpost from Whisky add lightness while damping vibration.

To the finish line.  And beyond.

As handsome as it is, the Tomir's real beauty shines the moment it takes to the trail.  Built off of J.Guillem's cross-country 29er geometry, the Tomir delivers explosive acceleration, incredible climbing prowess and nimble handling. Featuring a one-piece, cast chainstay yoke, razor-thin seat stays and a Boost-spaced thru axle, the rear end is stiffer and stronger and allows a stronger wheel, while a tapered head tube aids front end stiffness, strength and steering precision.

The Tomir has all of the performance of a carbon race frame with durability and craftsmanship that will carry its rider down trails and across finish lines for years to come.

FAQs

Do you offer custom builds on your frames?

Absolutely!  Our stock builds are just where we feel like we can offer the best balance of price and performance.  But we all have our fit, color, or brand preferences and we love tailoring bicycles to their new owners' needs. Contact us to learn more.

How do I buy one?

Well, you’re in the right place!  We primarily sell J.Guillem frames direct to consumers.  Part of that’s our location: not everyone is able to travel to New Mexico.  We also know that not every shop can be expected to carry smaller brands- if you want something unique and special chances are it won’t be in stock around the corner.

We do love bike shops, though! If you are a bike shop or have one you’d like to work with on your build, please contact us and we’ll work hard to make it happen.

My size or option is out of stock!

Don't sweat! Drop us a line and we'll get what you're looking for or find an appropriate substitution. With the exception of wheels, most things are one to three days away.

How are bikes built and shipped?

We work with a local pro shop on all of our complete bike builds.  They have loads of experience with frame-up builds and see even the rarest drivetrains and most niche parts on a regular basis.  This way you can be confident that your bicycle will be built by a professional mechanic and test ridden before being packed and shipped via FedEx.

How long will it take?

Because each build is tailored to you, in-stock sizes and options take two to three business days to build.

Do you have a warranty?

A J.Guillem frame is built to provide performance that lasts and is backed by a 100-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
